Fu Yang TCM - San Dimas
(扶阳) means “supporting and restoring Yang” — the vital energy that sustains life in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yang is the source of warmth, movement, and vitality. When Yang is depleted, the body feels cold, fatigued, and stagnant. Our name reflects our guiding principle: to restore your body's natural balance through classical TCM approaches — acupuncture, herbal formulas, and Tui Na — all rooted in the wisdom of supporting Yang. In practice, this means we emphasize warming herbs that support Yang, and rarely use cold or Yin-nourishing herbs. From the perspective of classical TCM practitioners, relying solely on insulin injections is seen as "overstepping" the body's natural functions. Regulating blood sugar is fundamentally the pancreas's job. Instead of simply injecting insulin, the focus should be on regulating and restoring the pancreas. When insulin is used without addressing the root cause, it can cause blood sugar to settle in the lower body. In severe cases, this can lead to diabetic ulcers that are very difficult to heal, potentially leading to amputation. At Fu Yang TCM, we proudly bring this classical tradition to the San Dimas community.

Jing Fang

Jing Fang diagnosis and Jing Fang herbal formulas represent a classical tradition passed down from the medical sage Zhang Zhongjing of the Han dynasty, through the Tang dynasty, to the present day. Together, they stand as one of the greatest contributions Chinese medicine offers to those who seek a classical , root-cause approach to healing. We proudly bring this classical tradition to the San Dimas community.

Clinical Philosophy & Patient Guidelines When facing severe, complex, or life-threatening illnesses, your decisions are not just about money—they are about survival. We hold a respectful and objective view toward Western medicine. With its century-long history and immense economic strength, Western medicine offers undeniable advantages, particularly in emergency care and advanced diagnostics. The Economic Reality Consider the financial and physical reality: even with the best medical insurance, standard Western treatments for severe diseases often cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, involve immense physical suffering, and still do not guarantee a cure. Many patients spend their life savings, exhaust their bodies, and still face devastating outcomes. Our mobile Jing Fang (Classical Herbal Formulas) practice requires only a fraction of that investment. We bring the authentic classical lineage directly to your home, focusing on restoring your body's core vitality and immunity to fight the disease from within. If you find a trustworthy, scientifically validated Western treatment, we absolutely support you and will stand as your backup. The choice to undergo any tests or treatments must be carefully and independently made by you. A Critical Note on Prior Interventions We must gently inform you of one crucial reality: when a patient undergoes extensive interventions—such as surgery, biopsies, or chemotherapy—the body's internal environment is fundamentally altered, and chemical residues often remain. From the perspective of Jing Fang, this severely compromises the body's terrain. Even the most powerful classical formulas may have reduced effectiveness when the baseline state has been disrupted. Therefore, seeking the guidance of a qualified Jing Fang practitioner early, and preserving your body's natural state, offers the best chance for recovery. Our Commitment and the Conditions for Success We are not here to replace Western medicine, but to offer a profound alternative where it may fall short. We cannot promise a cure, and we do not offer false guarantees. What we guarantee is an uncompromising, authentic classical approach. True healing requires a two-way commitment. This journey requires your full cooperation with diet, lifestyle, and mental state. Most importantly, it requires a solid economic foundation and a genuine belief in TCM. If you are looking for a quick fix, a cheap massage, or absolute certainty, we are not the right fit. But if you are ready to fight for your health with everything you have, we are here to fight alongside you.

Jing Fang herbal treatment is a separate option from the current pain management service. If you are open to classical herbal medicine and are interested in exploring how it may support your recovery, we can discuss this during a follow-up visit. I use Jing Fang (classical herbal formulas), which work differently from general herbs. Because these specific herbs can be difficult to source, a formula is not always available. If one is, I will quote the exact cost. Once you confirm and pay for both the session and the herbs, I prepare them. The herbal payment is non-refundable-these herbs are custom-ordered and compounded carefully for your needs.
