Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: A $10 processing fee will be deducted. The remaining balance will be fully refunded. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows: No refund will be issued. 3. If the practitioner is unable to attend the appointment for any reason: A full refund will be issued within 3 days. No fees will be charged.
